Who You'll be Working With

FAQS

What is Feel Good Collective?

We're a coaching-first gym in Roseville on Sydney's North Shore. The simplest way to put it: we are coaches that built a gym, not a gym that hired coaches.

That means the coaching, the programming and the community come first, and everything else is built around that.

What are your opening hours?

We're open early through to late on weekdays and across the weekend, seven days a week.

Monday-Friday 5:30AM - 9:30PM

Weekends: 7:00AM-7:00PM

I already train somewhere else

Take the free services anyway and we will work around what you already do. Plenty of Ryde players and their families already train with us as members and clients - some clients train in a gym close to home with their program and make a weekly session

Will the Monday night session leave me cooked for games?

No. Monday sessions will be Low-Moderate intensity by design. Adjustments can be made based on individual baseball workload. Your sessions should not come before the skill (i.e. Baseball is priority in-season)

I'm injured right now, is this still for me?

Especially. Bring the injury to the assessment. We run a return to play pathway alongside your physio, not around them, and we'll talk to your coach so grade selection is made with the full picture.

Do I have to book, or can I just rock up Monday?

Book the assessment first so we know what we're working with. After that, Monday conditioning you just turn up to

What about weighted balls and arm care?

Coached on the night at Tuesday training, not handed out as a program.

Can I get a program written just for me?

Yes, and that one is an additional service rather than part of the club offer. Book the assessment first. If individual programming is the right fit we will talk about it there, and if it is not we will tell you that too.

What happens after the 10 weeks?

It ends, and nothing rolls over automatically. Closer to the time we will look at where the group is at and put together something specific for Ryde players heading into the back half of the season.
